Straight out of college, Chef Takashi Tomie dived straight into the Food & Beverage industry, taking on roles as a consultant, a manager and chef. His talent in the the field was quick to spot as he won awards from Izakaya-Koshien 2010, a nationwide Izakaya competition in Japan. He then decided to bring his experience to Southeast Asia, through Singapore and finally Indonesia, where he has also served as a challenger in Indonesia’s IRON Chef in 2016.
